Set in the upper reaches of Bear and Silver Creeks, the development of Larrabee Springs South has resulted in the restoration of over 23 acres of habitat including the creation and enhancement of wetland areas, buffers and stream corridors. The project carefully designed fish passage culverts where roadways cross the creeks, promoting the sustainability of future salmon populations.

Over the past several years this restored ecosystem has become home to numerous species of birds and mammals, providing shelter, shade and water in an engaging and visually pleasing setting.

Our visions for the future of Larrabee Springs will continue to follow this model for the community, demonstrating sensitive and careful integration of sustainable housing development with environmental protection and enhancement.
